Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, select your size and quantity, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at fitnovaonline@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

How will I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details right after your purchase is completed.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 7 to 20 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier website to follow your package in real time.

What if my order is taking too long?
If your order has not arrived after 45 days (US) or 60 days (international), please contact us at fitnovaonline@gmail.com and we will resolve it for you.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept claims within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do NOT need to return the product in most cases.

Do I need to send the product back?
No. In most cases you keep the item. Just send us photos or a video showing the issue and we will take care of the rest.

How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify secure payment system.

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Are your products true to size?
Our activewear is designed to fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
